Wire Frame Lighting
Rustic geometric wire lighting
I found this fantastic interior image over on Pexels, the free stock images website, a great shot taken by Valeria Boltneva.
This style of interior design works nicely in a cottage home or country pub or restaurant.
It makes great use of earthy tones and the kinds of things you’d probably find in a farmers barn, but what really sets it off is the rustic style wireframe light fitting. This little beauty appears to be a copper or bronze metal structure, but you’ll probably find a few different colours available when you begin to look out for them.

Sometimes these kinds of lights will be made of wood or metal, but they’ll almost always be of a delicate appearance, made up of an intricate framework.
They are essentially geometric shapes, so will appeal to the logical mind, but they’re also super creative and abstract works of sculpture that can adorn a room and become an exciting centrepiece. Basically, really cool.. and they’ll pair well with a traditional style light bulb in many modern room designs too.
Sometimes you might find a light feature like this with a trendy, bright coloured frame. Neons and bright colours can look fantastic in the right setting. Don’t be put off by the colours, just remember that less is more and matching with a minimalist, neutral or monochrome styled room will just make the brighter colours pop!
If I find an example of something like this I’ll add to this post.
Bathroom wire framework light feature
Here’s another example of a great looking interior with a framework light fitting. I saw this one on Pinterest, hopefully it’s linked/credited correctly.
Again, the light is a great element of intricate design and compliments the rest of the subtle tones of the room perfectly, great floor tiles too!
Living room wireframe lighting
Another great example shot of an elegant wire geometric light feature, this black frame contrasts nicely with the brightness of the bulb.
